I sent a message via website as well as via email advising that when purchasing the Modern Tri-X black and white pack, I instead got the Modern Portra 400 Presets, and any time I add the BW pack it is replacing it in the cart with the Portra pack. I have not heard back from the company regarding this issue or the messages that I sent in an effort to resolve this issue.
The Modern Market Modern Pure 100 Lightroom Presets & Modern Adjustment Pack are wonderful presets! My initial style of editing has always been a darker skin tone with earthy colors. This MM Lr Preset offers me an alternative into the world of "light and bright." I notice that many photographers are utilizing this, especially with couples and weddings. If you are looking for something that increases your creativity, I highly recommend Modern Market. I chose the Pure 100, but was viewing several other preset sets from them as well. I love that this is an "addition," not a "complete changeover" for me. There is still of course, the need to adjust the Lr sliders for texture, clarity, dehaze, and all...as indeed you always do. It is not a "one hit and done" artistic clean-up. If you look at the edits from Elena Ringeisen, you will NOT automatically achieve that "look" with the push of a button. As a professional portrait photographer, I want it to be clear...you still need to edit. But this is not a diss on these presets. It offers you a terrific "start". And as you know...get one shot the way you like it, and then do the Lightroom "thing" of copy edit style onto your next photos...and voila! I utilize a couple of other presets into my workflow as well. But I DO highly recommend Modern Market for your additional creativity. Top shelf presets by a solid firm. SS

I really like these, but with one click some of them come out too bright. I know Elena reccomends underexposing while shooting. Using the Lightroom Preset adjuster slider makes it super easy to adjust them.
I own a lot of the MM presets, I really love the hybrid collection over the film. The film are VERY bright and airy and needed more adjusting than the hybrid.

I'm Elena. After well over a decade in the business world, raising four kids while building multiple businesses, I’m stepping into a new chapter. My days look a little different now, time at the beach with my kids, homeschooling, long walks with my love, baking, and hopefully building a garden soon.
